This guidebook to ballet is filled with history, technique tips, information on health,a description of injuries and how to treat and prevent them, a list of famous ballets, and advice on choosing the best school. One section of the book provides pictures of Maria Riccetto and Benjamin Millepied demonstrating different ballet steps in the order they are carried out in class. I have a copy myself, and I love it.
